GOD does not hate the LGBTQ+ students but he hates the acts. GOD hates the sin not the sinner. In the Word Of GOD, He admonishes us to be holy because without Holiness we cannot see Him. Gordon college must abhor any form of sexual immorality and stand firm on the Word of GOD.
We cannot negotiate with sin.
Gordon College must pray for students to be saved and come to know the truth!
So. OneGordon wants to be recognized by Gordon... I see. Then to really go up against it, you have to be critical. Diplomacy is a foundation for earned and rightful analysis, and Gordon’s desired appraisal as a liberal arts acts much to the opposite sway of the prevailing norm for the majority. Just backing you up.
I look forward to the day when Gordon and other evangelical colleges nix the life and conduct statement. One has only to look to the Catholic Universities: Notre Dame, Fordham, Loyola Marymount, etc. to see that faith can flourish amidst diversity.
